Consultation:  This is your time to share your decorating dilemmas with me, whatever they may be.  We can discuss furnishings, colors, window treatments - anything you need to make your home the place of your dreams.

$100 per hour (one hour minimum)

One Day Interior Redesign:  Based on your vision, I will rearrange your furniture, re-hang your artwork, and re-accessorize using your own things, but in a way that lets you shine through.

$300 - 500 per room

Personal Shopping: Let me put your ideas into motion by bringing your desired look right to your door.

$100 per hour

Holiday and Special Occasion Decorating:  I will work my magic to make your celebration truly memorable.

Real Estate Staging (Home Staging):  If you are considering selling your home, or if your home is already on the market, I will help your home sell quickly and for top dollar.  Using a detailed checklist, I will walk through your home, giving you ideas and suggestions on how to maximize your home's advantages, turning lookers into buyers.  You will then receive a written report outlining those items we discussed.

$100 per hour

Redesign for Real Estate:  I will make those items on your report a reality by doing the work necessary to showcase your home.

$100 per hour

Home Transitions:  Are you moving into your dream home?  Changing lifestyles?  Downsizing?  Let me help you transition into your new space, whether it's a larger house, smaller house, or condo.  And if you are a senior moving into a senior facility, I will work with you and your family to make the move simple and easy.

$100 per hour

Ready2Sellin30Days:  Are you a do-it-yourselfer, but could use some guidance?  Do you need help preparing your home for sale, but there aren't stagers in your area?  The Ready2Sellin30Days program is just what you need!  Providing a fresh, new approach to staging your home - and taking the confusion and guesswork out of all of the staging information on the television and Internet - this how-to manual will tell you everything you need to know, in an easy-to-follow format.
